his event features the mellifluous melodies of renowned regional jazz musicians, led by local jazz legend Dick Sisto, in the inspiring, spacious beauty of the St. Agnes Catholic Church sanctuary. He will be joined by the Spirit of Life Quartet, including Steve Allee on piano, Jeremy Allen on bass, and Mike Hyman on drums. The musicians of The Spirit of Life Quartet have performed and/or recorded with Buddy Rich, Stan Getz, Bob Brookmeyer, Fred Hersch, Gary Burton, Rufus Reid, Joe Henderson, Maurice White, Bobby Broom and many more.
They have been and are currently teaching Jazz students at the Univ. of Indiana, Univ. of Louisville, Cincinnati Conservatory of Music and in masterclasses and clinics throughout the US including NYC and LA.
