Calling all Louisville-area jazz musicians! Join us for a special group photo celebrating our city’s vibrant jazz community.
Inspired by Art Kane’s iconic 1958 A Great Day in Harlem photograph, we’re bringing Louisville’s jazz musicians together for our own moment in jazz history. Gather with fellow musicians and “Abe” at Waterfront Park for a one-of-a-kind community photo.
📸 The photo will be taken at the Lincoln Memorial Sculpture promptly at 3:00 PM, so please plan to arrive early and allow plenty of time to park, make your way to the group, and get into position before the camera clicks.
🚗 Parking: The Lincoln Memorial Lot is the closest dedicated parking area to the gathering spot, conveniently located next to the statue at 601 River Rd, Louisville, KY 40206.
