Come celebrate international jazz education icon Jamey Aebersold’s birthday! Jamey Aebersold and his quartet will perform a set, followed by an all-star jam session featuring numerous guest artists. A highlight of the evening will be the first annual presentation of the Louisville Jazz Society Jamey Aebersold Scholarship! And YES, there will be cake!!
Jamey’s quartet will feature Jamey on sax (of course!), Wade Honey on piano, Danny Kiely on Bass, and Jonathan Higgins on drumset.
All proceeds for the event will go towards the Louisville Jazz Society Jamey Aebersold Scholarship Fund.
